The Fine Art Portrait Session
Fine Art Portraits are a one of a kind piece of art about you. This session produces a meticulously detailed, digitally layered collage for a more artistic look. Beginning with a consultation to discuss the nature, color tone, style, and objective of the piece of art, most fine art portraits are created ideally for one or up to two subjects. The feeling of the Fine Art portrait is usually earthy, magical, and timeless. Fine Art portraits include many natural and symbolic elements ~ glimpses of leaves, seeds, feathers, special items ~ artfully added to allude to personal stories, themes, and memories. For example, the image in the gallery of Molly is infused with a mermaid/underwater feeling. Each fine art portrait involves about two hours of camera time, and 10 or more hours of artwork.
